This is an evergreen service agreement. Customer’s all kinds of worries are taken care of under FSMA. Complete service along with spares and consumables are covered under this agreement and hence, no need for any approval for buying consumables or spares. The agreement charges are on Per Copy/click basis plus basic minimum charges and billing is being done on a monthly basis on the number of copies taken during the month.
